Sketch it, design it, show us your Pinterest board—we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.
If you’ve found a piece that you like, but you wish something was a little different, we’ll alter it to perfection.
Send us photos of the ring you love, and we’ll fashion something very, very close to the original.

The Five Phases of Design
Show us your sketch or images that have inspired your design. If you need more help, our sketch artists can help—just describe your design and they’ll put it to paper. Inspiration can come from anywhere, such as Pinterest, architecture, family heirlooms, even the natural world. You can draw inspiration from many sources and put them all together into a perfect design.
Our designers develop your idea into a Computer Aided Design file. This file is the first time you’ll see what your piece could look like. From here, you can make adjustments to the design. Your Design Consultant will help guide you through design decisions to ensure your final piece is both beautiful and structurally sound.
See a digital model of your design for approval. At this stage, you’ll see what the final piece will look like in a realistic rendering. It is a very exciting phase! It’s also the final phase of design; any final tweaks can be made, but for the most part, the rendering is a representation of what the finished piece will look like.
We hand craft your piece in our work shop. We use the CAD and render to create a 3D wax model for casting in the precious metal you chose, then set the stones, polish it and inspect it. This process takes time; each step in the process must be undertaken carefully to ensure perfection.
If you don’t love it for any reason, we’ll make it right. But we’re pretty sure you’ll love it. Your custom piece is hand packed into a soft pouch and tucked into a wooden box along with care instructions and a cleaning kit to keep it sparkling.
